   • These terms govern your use of our online shop. By using the website, you agree to comply with them.

1. Products

1. • We offer shirts, hoodies as well as other goodies depending on our limited stock. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.

1. Pricing and Payment

1. • Prices are displayed in CHF (Swiss Francs). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice due to whatever production fees we might face.
   • Our only payment methods available is through Paypal and IBAN banking transfers until further notice.
   • Swiss customers may pay with Twint. Contact us for more information.

1. Shipping and Delivery

1. • We ship worldwide from Geneva, Switzerland with PostPac Priority shipping.
   • Shipping fees are charged at a standard flat rate of 15.- CHF for deliveries within the country (Switzerland),  40.- CHF for European deliveries, and  50.- CHF for other worldwide deliveries.
   • Estimated delivery times are as such:
   • 1-2 days for shipping in Switzerland.
   • 2-4 days for shipping to Germany, France, Austria
   • 4-6 days for shipping to Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Spain
   • 4-8 days for shipping to USA, Canada, Japan, China, Brazil
   • 5-10 days for shipping to Australia, New Zealand, Thailand
   • These are estimated delivery times provided by Swiss PostPac Priority. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
   • Free drop offs are possible depending on availability for customers in Geneva, Switzerland. Contact us for more information.

1. Returns and Refunds

1. • You can return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, only if items are unused, in original packaging and in mint condition.
   • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

1. Intellectual Property

1. • All content on the website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Cotton & Bass / You Are Not Dead Yet and protected by intellectual property laws.

1. Limitation of Liability

1. • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
   • We recommend you machine wash all our gear inside out at 30°C with like colors. Do not bleach, do not iron if decorated and do not put in clothes dryer.

1. • These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
